# Organization chart

We believe in horizontality, initiative and responsibility as values closely linked to our organizational structure. That is why our organizational chart is based on a collaborative model, in which each team member has an important role and an equal voice. Instead of a rigid hierarchy, we encourage collaboration and teamwork, <mark style="color:purple;">**allowing everyone in the company to contribute their ideas and skills.**</mark>&#x20;
