Complaints channel

We encourage you to report to us any irregular situations, potential non-compliance with regulations, illegal acts and/or practices contrary to the principles established in our and corporate policies.

Your complaint.

Your complaint must contain the following information:

  • The facts you wish to report.

  • Where they took place. When they happened.

  • Provide the date and time if possible.

  • Any documentation you may have had access to and/or where it can be found.

  • Other actions you have taken related to the facts.

Note: It is important that you read and understand the contents of our Data Protection Information before sending your communication. Please also note that the Complaints Channel does not have the functionality of Customer Service to handle customer complaints. For this, we have another enabled and specialized channel.

How is your complaint handled?

An initial assessment of your communication will be conducted to determine if it is eligible to be handled through the whistleblower channel. A unique case number will be assigned to all communications and you will receive a verification code to confirm receipt of your communication.

We will send you confirmation within seven days of receipt. You may use the verification code to send additional information and/or to receive responses to your communication. We will inform you of the resolution of your case within 90 days. You can also access this information by logging in with your verification code.

External complaints

It is also possible to report misconduct externally to a competent body that can receive, provide information and follow up on complaints and, where appropriate, to EU institutions, bodies or agencies.

Anonymity

You will remain anonymous when sending a communication, unless you voluntarily provide personal information. It is not mandatory to provide any personal information, although doing so often helps in case management.
