We encourage you to report to us any irregular situations, potential non-compliance with regulations, illegal acts and/or practices contrary to the principles established in our Code of Ethics and corporate policies.
Your complaint must contain the following information:
The facts you wish to report.
Where they took place. When they happened.
Provide the date and time if possible.
Any documentation you may have had access to and/or where it can be found.
Other actions you have taken related to the facts.
Note: It is important that you read and understand the contents of our Data Protection Information before sending your communication. Please also note that the Complaints Channel does not have the functionality of Customer Service to handle customer complaints. For this, we have another enabled and specialized channel.
